    usually have a monk chant CD in my office on heavy rotation... along with the wall mounted waterfall, my office is very Zen ...
    Otherwise, simply anything I will listen... my taste vary from day to day... it really runs the gamut...you would be surprised... makes my wife's eyes roll

    which chant CD? you should look into Carthusian chants if you're into that.

    depends on my mood: rock, rap, chant, classics, r/b. never country. ever
