Sorry i didn't get back to this sooner. What a great time! the club is owned by the same people who own "Pacha" in Ibiza. To answer your quesstion Carlos Pacha NYC is the old Sound factory with a nice facelift. The crowd is a little more upscale (The make us dress a little more formal than SF did) and it's a little older.
Eric Morillo spun a 12 hr set and he was amazing. We had a few tables in the Shower room (Three showers with woman dancing in them under the water YUM) and we were right next to Pdiddy and his crew.
I will def be going back in the furture
