thnx sir, i gorge once every 3rd or 4th day.. its like when i eat strict (like i do) my glycogen stores never get fully restored... but after my glutton im loaded for 24-36hrs depending on fallowing meals. i usually try to do it on an off day preceding one of my workouts but today is an exception since im injured (AND IT HURTS)
