    Unhappy NEAT God put me together w/ toothpicks!

    i dont get it.. im not crazy as far as lifting goes.. im very conservative.. hell I EVEN stretch once in a month! but i always get injured
    if its not a hernia thingymajig.. then its a inflammed slightly torn connective tissue that ties me pec into my scapula or wat ever something like that. my doc is making/telling me to take 2 weeks+ off from lifting
    so im just going to sit around eat pizza and die from cholestrol
    ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX DIS?

    Dude I totally agree, I think my bones are made of chalk. They brake with a strong wind, maybe more milk

    Maybe you would be more suited for pilates than weight lifting?


    Or maybe more drugs instead?? work through the pain my swollen red ninja brother.

    it sounds like you are working out wrong.

    Before you can bulk you have to strength train.

    Do a beginner level workout and ease into an intermediate then go advanved.

    Do this in 3 month intervals and I would bet that your body will stop falling apart!

    i hear ya bro.. dr. michael colgan has an awsome training regiment..
    i go through 6-8week phases were i do mild training working on connective tissue and stabilization.
    then moderate str training phase
    then heavy heavy training my fav..

    yeah been running 4-8iu 5'2 split for pretty much past year or so.. doesnt help that much .. maybe at 36iu it would but.. meh

    I had the exact same injury. Well..it was where my pec met at my armpit/near frontdelt. I took 3 weeks completely off chest and it healed pretty nicely.
