i dont get it.. im not crazy as far as lifting goes.. im very conservative.. hell I EVEN stretch once in a month! but i always get injured
if its not a hernia thingymajig.. then its a inflammed slightly torn connective tissue that ties me pec into my scapula or wat ever something like that. my doc is making/telling me to take 2 weeks+ off from lifting
so im just going to sit around eat pizza and die from cholestrol
ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX DIS?
