Most co will show there doing well before selling out. This way the co is worth more to the buyer. If they show a loss from year to year they will get pennies on the dollar only.

Damn, Macy's is buying everyone up. They bought Strawbridges not too long ago. They had great sales too......... by the time they got to 80% it's all junk.
