    not yet bro, I will begin in January. Just trying to gain as much as I can build a solid enough frame to work with before aas. I went from 165-190 in just 2 and a half months with diet soo mehh.. I'll hit 200 then start aas.

    lol yes bro. Dont get me wrong i packed on a little bit of a belly but mehh...I can always cut after. for me its much easier to cut then bulk. Getting abs takes 2 months for me bulking and getting my muscles bigger takes way longer that that.

    im always at work whoring it up on ar bro nothing better to do

    what cycle you running now?

    im 21 5"10, thats why i think im gaining alot so fast. Before I use to hardly eat(maybe 3 times a day) my diet was shyt and that was the main reason why I wasnt gaining weight.

    yea my diet back in the day sucked ass too. i had no idea what the hell i was doing with my routine too. haha, i totally overtrained 6 days a week. im the same way with bulking and cutting too. its hard to build impressive size, but its easy to shred up if you barely eat anything.

    im not on anything right now, but im about to start taking dbol /tbol/winni, each at 50 mgs ed for 8 weeks

    I was also training 6 days a week. I use to walk in the gym and do every bicep exercise there was. I did l4 sets of each exercise/machine lol.

    and I trained for 2 hrs and wondered why i couldnt gain weight...duuuh I was over training .

    haha yea i remember those days. its kinda funny now though. as far as my goals go, i really only got 2. first of all i want my arms to be 20 inches with everything else about the same size, and also i want to be able to pick up a 400 pound rock and throw it 10-15 feet. these goals are long term though, i doubt il be able to achieve either after only one more cycle.

    as far as immediate results go, id say i hope to get my arms well over 18 inches while on cycle. hopefully theyl stay at about 18 after i finish. i really need to get my back wider too.

    3) how do you measure waist?

    well, my arms are a little over 17 when pumped, but cold, they are 16.5. the way i measure chest is i use some string to measure the circumphrance around my upper chest/back, with the string going under my armpits.

    waist is around your hip bones. id imagine that while on this cycle il probably hit 235-240. i hit 220 on my last cycle and i started at 185 with 25 mgs dbol ed and some other injectable roids. im pretty optomistic that il get swole off this next stack

    well, shoulders have been majoor priority for a long time so i always hit military press hard. but i never really did squats, or deatlifts. as for power cleans, ive done a fair amount of those, but i need to get some heay ass weight up on that exercise.
