i saw some guy struggling with 95 pounds on bench...
i hadnt done bench in years, but the other day i decided to start doing it again... i was repping 205 that day. but what i need to do is take lots of dbol and get my repping weight up to at least 300 pounds... preferably more. then im gonna slowly adjust the bench up higher and higher until im repping that on straight military press
