    she says 'no'
    me 'yes you do, those muffins dont look straight at all! Arrange them' ANd she starts arranging them. It was hilarious at the time

    i was at the gym yesterday and i realized that i was the strongest guy there... kinda weird cause usually theres lots of roided out guys there

    i saw some guy struggling with 95 pounds on bench...

    i hadnt done bench in years, but the other day i decided to start doing it again... i was repping 205 that day. but what i need to do is take lots of dbol and get my repping weight up to at least 300 pounds... preferably more. then im gonna slowly adjust the bench up higher and higher until im repping that on straight military press

    as it is right now, my chest routine is flat bench, dumbell incline flys at all different angles with my palms facing down (to concentrate more on front delts), and dumbell decline flys with my palms facing up
