    Rain? No... we get a lot of snow in the winter though... weather right now is severly humid, raining today actually... but that's typical for spring... hows Florida?

    i would love to increase my deadlift/squat /bench.. but on the other hand i do wanna get big... my current rotuine is a mix of those really...

    a lot of compound exercises... very little isolation

    failed on my 275 squat today

    lately iveb een feeling that my squat is weaker... well ive been squatting in a differnet gym... i need to go back to my original squat gym at school

I'll be late since I went to the gym and now procrastinating..haha.. they'll all be drunk and will try to pressure me to drink as they always used to... and I never cave in, obviously..     Nah.. I live right near the bar..they know that... They know I work out and won't drink because of my diet/training... they're jsut idiots.. but I'm really obligated to go.. Grr.. haha... I'll just get in and get out quick so I can come home and relax and chat with you guys
