    2620 cals
    418 protein which i'm lowering it.
    45.5 fats i'll be adding some fat
    130 carbs which i might raise not sure yet..

    40 min cardio on am.. workout 4to5 days a week
    5ft9 at about 200lbs

    cals look good....I'm takin in around 2,600 as well
    Try these macros out....
    Cals: 2,500-2,600
    pro: 300g
    Fat: 60g
    carb: start at 150 and raise or lower depending how you respond etc.

    test....thats way too much fat IMO. I'm hitting about 60g fat and 215g carbs cutting and going up in weights every week.

    last time I cut was almost on pure protein...I lost alot of weight and strength and looked fat...I think alot of that was I was doing cardio and not lifting because of my shoulder and I was 230...I got all the way down to 175lbs..Then i ****ed off and back up to around 200lbs...I will fiddle with it and let you guys know what's up..

    Hack...sounds exactly like my story!
    I weighed around 240lbs, 23%BF and one day decided to stop eating. At a total of about 200 cals per day for about 1 month. Got down to 185lbs. Now I'm about 200lbs. and feel better than ever!

    This is what i go with when cutting. i usually consume 2000caled/ed i think 2600 maybe a bit too much which makes the cardio to more work. everyone's body is different guys but hackw hy dont you try your cals at 2000/ed for now? then we will take it from there and see how your body respondes to it. I think it will work.

    215 is a tad too much bro.

    Well for one 2,000 cals is what a girl eats no offense. My main. cals are about 3,300, I dropped it by about 800 to lose around 1.5lbs per week. And no, 215 g carbs isn't too much, I'm thinking about upping it. Everyone is diff. when it comes to carbs.

    also maybe bump your cardio to 1hr 5 times/week. hey when shit doesnt work we got to change it up a tad and make a lil more sacrafices to see if it will work right?

    so If I was you....I would do cardio 1hr ed 5 times/week ore 6 or 7 if you really want too. I would also lower the cals to 2000/ed cuz (to me 2600 for cutting is a tad over but thats just me)

    lol I mentioned that every is different several times. What works for me may not work for you or hack but its worh a shot for him sense what hes doing now doesnt seem to work.

    right, I see your point. We worked his diet out and if thats not cutting it we will lower his cals little by little.
