    I haven't had a carb up day in like 3 weeks

    just make sure you aren' losing size. that's a long time without a carb up if you are depleting down in a reverse pyramid fashion. what's your carb intake look like?

    I have around 215g carbs per day and weigh 205lbs.
    That's the only reason I haven't had one.

    ok, but at this point i'd think about having one. in a deficeit it may be needed. and if you're going to do it... DO IT, know what i mean. 600-700g.

    i'd say lower your protein to about 1g per lb of body weight. to even out the macros, UNLESS you are eating around 5100 a day, but i doubt it. try and elevate cals only slightly (maybe 300-400 extra). lowering protein is only going to help on the carb up.
