    Fweeew!

I started running at 10:30, and just got back at 2:00.
I went very very far into some hills i have never been to. Actually I found some houses being built out in the middle of nowhere, it was nice to see the tractors. Really much more satisfying than running on a treadmill, because this time i went somewhere, and it was progress. Uphill hit the calves, and i feel great all around ya know?

Anyhoo this is my 1000th post, and i have a minor sun burn and hopefully it'll be the beginning of a nice tan.

I know where you're coming from SnaX, I've just started doing the 60-70% MHR cardio on a treadmill, just walking on an incline really, barely break a sweat and no sense of achievement after - I really miss the buzz of going for a good run.

Yes sir. I took some breaks to see how far i had gone, then kept going. Then afterwards i went to the gym, did some shoulders, then abs which seemed to be working out really well. Then headed to work and felt the affect of the sun which only lasted an hour or so. Feelin good now.
Next time, Sun screen and maybe a backpack with some food for a picnic.. who knows

Nothing stopping you. This is the first time running in a long time, so that panting for air like your lungs are cold or sore or dried out, will pass. Then after that it's like running around looking at everything. lol
Never liked it up until this point where i actually had a good time lol

I used to like runnin' outside... it feels better than any indoor cardio and you can work on your tan. But... I'm just too big these days and my knees have been beatin' pretty bad from all the running I used to do as well as the bodybuilding. I recently brought my weight down and I am trying to find some new New Balance shoes to possibly do some limited running in the future... or even some sprints again...

running outside is too high impact for me, my shins hurt from just walking around cause of my weight let alone running....treadmill, eliptical, stairstepper, my choices for cardio.
