Due to a broken hand I got helping my friend out who was getting jumped, I been out of the gym for 10 weeks.. I just started going back for about 2-3 weeks ago.. Now my strengh is way down, but in the 2 weeks i was back, its not nearly where I was expecting it should be.. How long do you think it will take to be as strong as when i broke my hand..

a friend of mine broke his hand the same way, and trust me everyone its still hard to train legs with a broken hand, you gotta do the rehab before your hand before you can really do anything, oh and my friends didnt heal perfectly so its kind of ****ed up
