Cold Air Conditioning Leads to Being Sick?
Sup guys and girls.. this may sound like a dumb question but I always wondered about this topic.. ever since I was young I had it stuck in my head that if I slept with the AC on to cold for the whole night I would wake up sick. sometimes i leave it on the whole night and i wake up and feel "sick".. I feel it is all mental though.. Can the AC really get you sick?? Could i be that sensitive to the cold?

hmmm...well I know having the AC on helps sleep...because it mimics the body temp drop you experience during sleep....but I would say if you are too cold then your body is trying to get warm therefore weakening your defense against ed germs = possible sickness

Happens to me all the time. I wake up and my nose is stuffy and I feel like shit. Seems to go away pretty quick when I leave the room tho.

How you can get sick is if it recycles the same air. Then of course virus and germs are being cycled.
