can anyone resize a picture for me?
Hi my friend needs me to send a photo for him but it had to be a particular size, 120 by 160 pixels, but when i do this in paint it loses quality even though im downgrading the picture size not making it bigger? can anyone tell me what to do or do it for me? thanks

if you have adobe photoshop just click image adjustments and click image size, you can re size it and save it then

you don't even need that...you can use windows picture viewer. Comes with xp. Btw... it's making it bad because you are dropping it down to fast. I usually drop the size in incriments so that I won't get a degregated image.
