    Lifting Music

I'm sure this has been a thread before, but I'm curious to see the answers...What is everyone favorite lifting music??? Do you guys have a favorite song or band you put on when you do a certain exercise???

    Ill Start...
Personally I listen to music that I don't really like outside of the gym...i.e. Metallica, AC/DC, Van Halen...etc...I don't dislike those bands, I just don't listen to them for enjoyment, thats Dave Matthews Band for me...

I always put on "Last Stop" from Live at Chicago by DMB when I am deadlifting, dont ask me why, it just gets me going, I think it brings back memories from summer and going to the shows n stuff, which are amazing by the way, I recommend to anyone who is into music, you don't have to like dave to enjoy the "Show" they are sick, from the tailgate to the concert...

Back on topic, lets hear what u got!

For some reason I've been dying to hear The Final Countdown when I lift.
I'll have to Napster that today.

Motley Crue is the most famous band that I know nothing about, not nothing as in band members, hard to miss those guys, but nothing of their music, I wonder why...Couldnt' name one song, and I'm a pretty big music guy!
