    why oh why did i do it!!!

    i just ate like complete garbage today and i dont even care (other then the fact that i have a stomach ache). actually this week hasnt been that good at all for me dieting wise. **** i need motivation to get back on the wagon. oh btw my lunch consisted of a half brick of cracker barrel cheese, about 1 sleeve of crackers, 2 tacos, and a half bag of chex mix(packed to the brim with sh!t)

    ya i blow it last night i went to mcdonalds felt like shit afterwards,but it didnt stay in me long i am just stressted out with finals but its alomost over
