    I Must Confess

    I gotta get this off my chest I dont beleive I did this after I ate my dinner I ate an entire bag of Chips Ahoy. 2160 cals, 108 fat, 270 carbs and what pro....Holy shit I havent done that type of shit in years in one sitting. Im on a cutting diet and doing clen but after I had 3 of em it was all over I couldnt stop. Then washed em down with nice cold glass of skim ahhhh. I gotta say they were good though. Im still shocked I did that oh well I be at the gym @ 5am doing cardio.

    ya, i am not cutting, but i am a meticulous food natzi so i can stay lean while i get bigger. i ate 2 squares of this really delicous disert piece with what tasted like chocalate chip cookie crombs under and over a strawberry filling. oooooooh. but i had a "holy shit im as strong as an ox deadlift and leg presses up 20-30 pounds kind of a workout" (i ate that with my pre workout meal) i think all is good though. i havnt had anything but egg whites chicken oatmeal or rice is in a couple months

    I'm a fatass too. I'm at like 13% BF and ate like 8 pecan/chocolate chip Sandies tonight. Then a lollypop. OMG, when will it end!

    if it makes youf eel better I just ate some chickin tika masala and Palak Paneer with 1 and 1/2 peaces of naan. Promise you more fat in that
