i have family in canada and also in italy(my father was born there) anyone know if i could get a passport from one of these countries, or how i could get citizenship from there? id really love to visit cuba but as we all know our silly govt likes to hold grudges for 40+ years. please no political talk lol, it was just a joke but id like to know about the passport issue.........

you could always drive to canada and leave from here to cuba...but if you have papers about your dad you can get citizenship from Italy...same with Canadian citizenship...all you need is papers proving your parents citizenship an dyou should be ok...

ahh ok, well actually its my american passport that wont let me into cuba....so i couldnt depart from any other country. id need a non US passport

I have a friend with an American passport and he flew to Cuba from Jamaica. He didn't have a problem getting in or out. They want US dollars!
