Benadryl works well for me! ZMA is another good one I find.

same for me, these are the only natural ways. the real drugs i dont like, they make me groggy and lethargic in the morning, the natural method does not

benadryl will knock you out, but you may have the"i am exhausted feeling" still in the mroning. benadryl is an anti histamine. if you have a history off high BP in your fam, this isnt for you

i have tried a variety of things because my sleep issues r pretty bad.. but truth of the matter is over time you become dependent on sleep aids.

I decided to take myself off OTC and prescription sleep aids back in february, ( I still use melatonin, valerian root and 5-htp)
and although i had quite a bit of difficulty sleeping at first, i actually sleep better now overall.

You gotta watch taking too much or growing dependent on sleep aids - it makes the sleep problem worse.
