basically just have your 3 meals per day - preferably eat ur carbs in the mornin (ie cereal) so that by the end of the day they will not stay. the main thing is jus not 2 eat anythin in between, or 2 eat any crap.
also, do runnin at least 3 times a week, startin at abt 30-40 mins. u start to burn fat after about 20 mins, so u ideally wanna b doin over 30 mins. Also u shud combine this with weights - not heavy weights - but lighter weights, lifted quickly - this will turn some fat into muscle and give u a more toned look.
thats what i do - i do the runnin an hour or so each time - its easy when u get into it
