UK Relocation Help Needed
Ok, I sold my business in South Florida with the condition that I would come to the UK and transition for one to two years. Ok, now I am hear and have been trying to find a decent gym. From what I have seen thus far, the Brits seem to be in love with machines. In fact very few of the gyms I have seen have any free weights at all. It appears to be the "posher" the more machines and less free weights.
Anyone help me with this? Any suggestions at all?
I am going to be living in the Virginia Water area (SouthWest of London) just outside of the M25.

KALE it's a GLASGOW kiss you fool LOL!
Maybe a CHELSEA smile is in order also!?!?
I live in the UK and am not in love with machines - free weights all the way! You will find the supplements overhere are a little more expensive and some AS or other compounds may be harder to get hold of.

That looks like a perfect gym. However, it is quite a long ways away from where I am going to be living.
Maybe there is hope.
What in the world is a Glassgow kiss?

a glasgow kiss is a head butt, a chealsea smile is the corners of your mouth cut open and a millwall brick is a rolled up news paper or magazine folded in half. squeeze the ends together in your hand and hit sum1 with the middle part of the paper. ouch!!!
