not neccessarily true... to make it work the water needs to be charged be the electric, alot of electric... electric = oil

not all energy is produced by burning coal and fossil fuels.
I work for an eco friendly energy retailer here in Aus. We only buy our electricity from 100% renewable resources like low-impact hydro and wind farms.
The electricity that comes down the power lines isnt 100% green, its a mix of 'black' and green because it comes from the national power grid. We just try to cut out the production step that uses coal.
