    Technique is the major part of it. Of course you need strength but you have to have perfect technique to do that. Most bodybuilders wouldnt even try it.

    Thing is, if that kid really clean and jerked nearly 500lbs, at his body weight of, what 130lbs, he would be the holder of almost every powerlifting title out there, wouldn't he?

    they were all cool.. the one that was stupid was the guy lifting in his garage with his wife and kid standing right behind him.. Can you imagine if he dropped the weight..

    yea really bro. this video definately made me want to go lift some insane weight. haha, i liked the part where the guys picked up rocks... its my goal to eventually be able to pick up and throw a 400 pound rock.

    they are some strong mofos
    i tink jeff lewis' 1212 lb squat was featured in there as well
