First is to determine where exactly the pain is. Tennis elbow, Golfers tendinitis, etc.
Look up R.I.C.E it helped me

Just seems a bit odd that you put alot of pressure on that are and then it began to hurt..

In life there are no coincidences..

Winny might be a contributing factor in most circumstances when you feel joint pain, but in this case there is evidence that might prove otherwise..

"Elbow Tendinitis Elbow tendinitis affects the lateral epicondyle and the medial epicondyle. The lateral epicondyle is the outside bony portion of the elbow where the large tendons attach to the elbow from the muscles of the forearm. When strained, this is called lateral epicondylitis or "tennis elbow." Tennis elbow results in pain over the outside of the elbow with flexion (bending down) or extension (bending up) of the wrist and tenderness, warmth and swelling of the affected area. The treatment for tennis elbow includes ice packs, resting the elbow, anti-inflammatory medications (such as aspirin, naproxen (Naprosyn), diclofenac (Voltaren) and Motrin) and bracing the elbow. Injecting cortisone and a local anesthetic into the area surrounding the tendon usually provides substantial relief within 24 to 72 hours. "

I wonder if it's possible to get that in both elbows at once? bc that's what is happening; albeit moreso in the right one. thanks for that, I'll look into it further.

first off dropping the winny was smart (4 weeks is enough anyways). now start taking fish oil (25mg a day (overkill a little but use it that way for now at least)), and ice them for as long as your can stand 3X a day.

Get some DMSO gel online or from a local veterinary supply store, they usually carry it. Then get some ibuprofen and crush it into a powder and mix in w/ the DMSO gel. Wahlah, you've got your own transdermal pain relief gel. Go to a local orthopedic specialist and determine exactly what it is, chances are it's a severe case of tendonitis, they'll probably prescribe you some 500mg Naperson or something, which is basically prescription Motrin. If you cannot afford and/or do not have insurance to go see somebody, just get Motrin and take 800mg twice/day. Hope this helps

Will the dmso actually transfer the ibuprofen to the site of pain? I can't take any NSAID because of my tummy, its sensitive but if that really works it would be bypassing the sensitive tummy and that would be way good more better.

i am in a same situation as well. My weights went down drastically due to mad left elbow pain. I could not bench not have a good workout for over a month, yet here i am running one of the most advanced cycles throughout my aas use.
I am now on 80mgs of deca every two days for a 3rd week along with Motrin and the elbow pain is diminishing for me now just enough to finish up my cycle, but when using Motrin alone it has not isolated elbow pain during my workouts. I use cold packs through the day and even at work, but most importantly after my workouts
Afterwards i'll be seeking medical treatment from my physician and my even take time off from the gym to recover the elbow since too much money and time has been invested on this.

Get the Voltaren, that's the best.
You can get some MSM, Glucosamine too, might greatly help.........what i did for my injured knees from squat........really helps, i mean speaking of MSM&Gluco.....

For Voltaren, that's another story, but my partner told me it was great!
