D@mnit this sucks... I have pretty damn good skin... I dont have to use any sorta fancy face or body wash for acne besides basic stuff.... But I just got this FCKIN deep ingrown pimple on the back of my neck and I cant stand it... And im pissed cause its on the back of my neck, how does that happen

Anyways... Instead of waiting for it to fully surface, im thinkin bout just takin a sewing needle and stickin it in and lettin the ooze seepe out early... will it work??

you wont get the ooze i used to think that would work when i was in high school...it ends up bleeding a ton and gets super red all around it....go and buy some zit cream or just ride it out....it may not even surface if you get the cream IMO..

Go for it man. Swab it with alcohol, have someone sink a sterile needle in there and lightly squeeze out what you can. Then swab it again

This girl Im really close with does cosmetology, so I decided to gross her out and find out the correct way... So right now im puttin a hot compress on it to make it surface, then pop it so it isnt messy.... shit better work... Its the friggin weekend, im hittin up the clubs, and with my luck ill find some hottie that wants to suck on my neck till she sees the nipple on the back of my neck

Im still natty... and like I said (*knock on wood, ive been blessed with dark completioned skin that doesnt break out) but when it does its a bitch.... Ive decided to stay in tonight, so I guess it doesnt matter... but the hot rag compress that my friend told me is doin alright...

BTW******* For those who dont know... the QUICKEST and argueably the best cure for bacne is dawn anti-baterial dish soap.... When I do rarely get acne, its mostly on my back... and I believe it was Dally who posted this, but it works fckin amazing

If the pimple is deep, I'd put a hot towel on it for about an hour. Afterwards put some toothpaste on it, let it dry, go to sleep and in the morning you should be able to pop it with ease (and less pain).

If the pimple's deep and you dont pop it completely, you'll end up with the never ending bastard pimple.
