    weird craving took over

    So i was eating fat free hot dogs as a treat. I dunno what happened. It went from 1 to 2 to 8. Then i put spicy mustard all over it. By then you'd figure craving gone? No... so i ate a spoon full of mustard :P


    lotta salt...but not to much bad stuff :P

    i have a box of raisen bran and a box of frosted cherios, and both will go down hard...i usually mix macros on cheat meals...but not this time...alll pro/carb for me...and webb i feel for you, i got done cutting a few weeks ago as well for my contest...you will make it
