Do you have a PC or a Mac? Are you looking for a free application? If you can, download MS Office off of bit torrent and use Outlook's calendar. You have to do lists, appointments and calendar with reminders. If you have a PDA you can sync it with Outlook.
If you're on a Mac use Address book and iCal.
A planer for your laptop? What a novel concept! I want a lathe and a radial arm saw for mine! Maybe a joiner, too!
