    I hope that ref never gets to ref another game..horrible... Popes first yellow wasn't a yellow and his second was debatable. I don't even want to talk about the immediate red card on Mastroeni. RIDICULOUS!

    The U.S was totally exhausted at the end of the game they kept just sending the ball out of the zone and Italy kept bringing it back in. I was nervous the italians were gonna score in the last few minutes.

    The US team SUCK!!!!!! they done deserve to win. the other side had to score for them. the need to leave Football (soccer as U.S. calls it) alone. the is the world's #1 sport too bad for then they chose to not make it a priorty in this country therefore you get out what you put in .. may and thats MAYBE!! in 25 years or so, the US could be a top contenter in soccer, but not in this decade.

    Give the U.S. some time to actually get a developed soccer program in this country and watch us dominate the sport like we dominate every other sport, as for now you can keep playing your gay ass euro sport. As for Italy scoring on themselves, it hardly even mattered because if the defender didnt touch the ball Brian McBride was right there waiting for it anyway with nobody in his way.

    to be honest i dont follow football but like to watch the world cup and hope england win,naturally as they are my home team,many of the players work and train really hard to get where they are and deserve the acalade,so good luck to all countries and screw the haters in this thread.

    Australia played with a LOT of heart and for about 20 minutes put the real frighteners on brazil in the second half. I think if Oz had buried one of their many chances in the second half the game woulda ended 1-1.

    Ghana looks really good. Yes they are real quick and they are fast like cheetas. 2 of their best players won't be playing on Thursday against the U.S.

    I was intrigued that the average height of the Croatian team was 6"1 vs the 5"10 japs. The germans are pretty fukin tall also.

    Ghana is fun to watch.

    lol bro....Im from IRAN....which we lost both our games so far and will beat Angola hopfully.

    Canada is where I live and they suck shyt at soccer

    U.S I cheered for when playing Italy cuz they were down 2 men and still were attacking playing with alot of heart which I can respect.
