Although I usually listen to death metal during my workouts, I had to change it up a little lately. On the mp3 right now I have some older Offspring, a band called The Red Jumpsuit apparatus(face down is a good song by them) and that song "The animal I have become" by 3 days grace. Never been much of a fan of 3 days grace b4, but I love that song, it gets me pumped!!!! I aslo have a little Killswitch Engage on there, need something hardcore in case I get a heavy set of squats or deads. When the bar gets 500 lbs on it, anything but heavy metal or death metal just doesnt cut it

I listen to artists/bands that mirror my current feelings/situations.

Likewise recently it's been lots of Godsmack and Nickelback, a little Staind, three days grace.

    metal trance, whaaatt? lol

I spend all day listening to music, usually the Promos and new releases from many of the trance labels. Ive been listening to some retro stuff lately

    System F - Cry
    Hondy - No Access
Paul Van Dyk - Another Way
    Nostrum - Brainchild
    Ayla - Ayla
Agnelli & Nelson - El Nino (Matt Darey 12inch Mix)
    Veracocha - Carte Blanche
    Paffendorf - Be Cool

in the gym i listen to only my mixes, since that is the sole purpose of my trance mixes.
