Should Rooney play today??

Does anybody else here think that Rooney should not play tonight?

IMO if we cant get passed the group stages without him, then we dont deserve to. I think they shoul use Crouch upfront with Pwen and have Walkot on the bench. At least that way it gives Walkot some minutes iunder his belt.

If he plays and we win, everybody will say we couldn't have done it without him. Leave him on the bench for this one IMO

I would like to see him play but it all depends if he's fit or not.

let him start, if he is not playing at 100% or gets tired later, put a sub in.

Its important for him to get some match fitness and also to try n click with the other players during a world cup game.

I think he is going to play. i believe its official from doctors. he was declared fit to play. But he is not in the line up
