    a true gentic gift

    Ya know i was thinking about this the other day... when most people talk about being geneticaly gifted you think being muscular, tall, athletic, intelligence or good looking etc.... but the gift i wish i was blessed with is the need to not sleep as much.... im not talking about the people that sleep 5hrs a night becuase there schedule is hectic.... im talking about the people who can sleep for 5hrs and not need a alarm to wake them up because theyre fully recovered after 5hrs!!!!.....think about all the shit you could get done with that extra 3hrs(assuming you need 8hrs) a day*7days=21 extra hrs a week!!!

    I sleep an average of four hours a night, and do you know what I'd love?.

    I'd love to be the type who gets a full eight hours, or more before waking up.

    How do you guys grow without a full 8 hours sleep, well then again not all are bodybuilders so I can only speak for myself.

    right, but do you sleep 4hrs because of a hectic lifestyle or insomnia??.... Im talking about the type that only NEED 4-5hrs... like my buddy, the sick freak that he is only NEEDS about 5hrs... he gets a shit load done,, trains his as off at the gym and grows quite abit....his body just recovers really fast

    I grow on weekends. That's when I get the most sleep. Up to 12-14 hours each day. I eat like a piggy on weekends to.

    I would say 6 hours a night is good for me. When I get a chance I will stretch it to 10 but Im busy most days.

    i remember some guy on this talk show who was in the army for 10 years or something and nobody ever saw him sleep, he was just like a scientific mystery, his body could go without it somehow. in his sparetime he would make paintings on the heads of needles, then they showed a whole shoebox with thousands of the needles...crazy

    Obviously it doesnt get in the way of your training.... so how many hours a night would you say you need to be recovered??

    My GF only sleeps 5 hours, and it pisses me off. She's always up and doing stuff. I feel left out, plus if she makes any noice, it wakes me up. Then I'm all upset about not getting enough sleep.

    I generally sleep 8-9 hours. 10 hours is nice. I feel so good after sleeping that long.

    i sleep 3-4 hours a night tops. Only when i am wasted will i sleep for longer. I go to bed at around 2 am and I am up at 5:45 am for work. On weekends its the same deal I dont set my alarm and I'll go to bed at around 4am or so and be up at 8-8:30. I dont sleep well at all. People wake up totally refreshed and I wake up feeling like shit. Almost like I had a headache when I was sleeping. It's weird but it sucks I wish i could sleep for longer.

    I only feel refreshed if I can sleep 10 hours. Anything less, I feel like crap. I was doing well with Clen. I was only sleeping 6 hours, but felt great. Now that I'm off, I feel like crap after 8 hours. This morning I was late for work because I slept through my alarm.

    I feel fine on anything from 3-6 hours

    Im jealous. I can barely function mentally if I do not get at least 7 hours of sleep minimum a night.

    If i go out and get wasted i will sleep anywhere from 12-14 hrs too. Otherwise i only get around 6 hours a night and it sucks.

    I try to get 8 hours but im usually between 8-6. Last year i was doing 3-4 hours for the Entire YEAR wow worst times of my life

    Not everyone needs 8 hrs, it's a myth - even a nerologist will tell you this..

    I like to get all my weeks (56 hours) sleep done in one shot.

    It's so much better that way.

    Just go to sleep for a couple of days and be energized for the rest of the week.

    Ill Sleep For 30min. During Lunch Time, Wake Up, N Feel Like I Have Knock Out For 2 Hrs. It Helps To Get Lil Naps Here N There.
    Plus 10 Min. Laying Down, And Im Already Dreaming.

    i used to sleep an ass load. like 8 hours at night, and 2 - 2 hour naps.

    now it is like 6 hours at night, and a 1.5 hour nap. it is like i waKE AND AM SO DEAD IN THE MORNING, THEN THE MINUTE I STAND UP OR KICK ON THE MUSIC I AM JUMPING. SO IT is all good. sorry bout the caps.

    Im with Swole on this one, 7 hrs is what I usually get but in the weekends we are talking 10+ (one time I slept 18 hrs and I wasnt drinking the night before)
