yea i agree. ronnie has better genetics for mass. i doubt any amount of gh and juice will make jay beat king coleman

exactly, but he is still trying his best, it concerns me as to what the end result will be on jays health, as he is one of my favourite bodybuilders

yea i know what you mean.

the bar has been set so rediculously high on pro body builders...

its almost like you need to destroy your body with gear to even place 15th in a comp.

where does it go from here? physiques have become more extreme over the years, to the point in where it is noticable from 5 years ago. when i first picked up a bodybuilding mag, it had an article on ronnie colemans delt routine, with pics of him in his police uniform, just after he had won his first olympia 8 years ago. he was a freak then, the freakiest in the mag, but the current version of him looks completely different, right down to the skull. 1998 ronnie looks like a child compared to 2006, and all the other guys are trying to keep up. i cannot see how the human body could become any more developed than they get themselves now, then again, they probably said that in reeves' day, arnolds day etc. time will tell, but there will no doubt be many disasters and horror stories along the way

yea, ronnie has won it so many times, id be happy if jay managed to place first for once. pushing yourself to that level only to be beaton by the same guy year after year would be pretty discouraging

Webb is a big boy, and he's kinda smart, if you write aeverything down in clear, concise directions for him

    he'll be fine..

I'll take lots of pics of him next week for sure. Dude is even more impressive in person.

forget almost dude, to get far in competitive bodybuilding doesnt come without a price, this im sure. i understand that in years to come i will encounter some form of health problems from my lifestyle (high protein, high calories, heavy lifting, steroids , GH if and when i use it) but to me its all worth the risk, i just hope i still say the same when i do run into these problems. then, put our lifestyle, which most people would say is extreme, next to a pro bodybuilders, the damage they must be doing to themselves and their health must be scary as hell

Jay is more massive than ronnie... much shorter, almost the same weight..

Ronnie wins because of politics (and because he's amazing)

Even if jay shows up bigger, harder, more ripped and defined, coleman will still win.

dont get me wrong, i am very health-concious, and this site has taught me so much about RESPONSIBLE steroid use , but even using responsibly, there are still risks. my way of rationalising this, is that you can barely leave the house without health risks. gotta die of something, right? the moon could fall out of the sky and land on my house whilst i sleep tonight...... i hope that doesnt happen.... that would really, really hurt

shit man i'mma have to disagree there. i saw the last mr. o and ronnie was both bigger and more ripped.

at any rate they shoudl make these fukkers run a mile before they do their routines, and the ones who can't finish will be DQ'd. that'll get things back to the athletic look in a hurry.

I sat right next to Gustavo at last year's nationals. We had a LOOOOONG talk. He was pretty cool. Said he'll be looking for me at nationals. I thought that was a very nice compliment.

You forget the new rules that came down. Small tight waist and X frame. No belly distention. Look at the placement last year. Smaller guys like Dexter Jackson and David Henry are placing higher.

Yikes...if that's true that's pretty nuts... I wonder how he afforded that type of gear back then? I know he hooked up with Aceto all the way back when he won his teenage show so maybe he gave him a good hook but still expensive for a 18 year old. I've heard him mention his family owned a construction company back in MA so maybe they were pretty well off and gave Jay money often.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I really don't find the GH gut monsters appealing whatsoever. Sure, they are huge, strong, put in work for sure, etc., but as far as wanting to look like that (not saying I could), but I still would never want to. I want a more aesthetic look, but like I said, I'm probably in the minority there. Not to mention the health issues down the road, because there is life after bb'ing. Well, at least there SHOULD be.

i agree completely. the size i want to get to, is nothing compared to the top-end pros, but even this size that im striving for involves health risks.

nah bro it's totally true. i haven't seen jay cutler in real life, but i've read from a couple of people that he an even walk down a hallway wihtout mouth breathing. that's effing sad he basically has the cardio of a bed-ridden terminally obese person, and he's supposed to represent some ideal of health lol.
