I wanted to know if anybody is any good with photoshop. I have a video clip from my webcam that i need to do something with.

I need a still frame of it and this might sound weird but need to make the girl in it look like she is on drugs. It a long story but if anybody can do this i will mail it to them

oldman is correct! I think it is a felony to submit false evidence. They can ask for negatives and have experts find out exactly what you have done.
It might be pergury. You got to find a way to do things right.

because a video is involved it`s more than photoshop - other programs are required.

you can still get a still frame. Adobe comes with IR too which can be used for this.

sorry bud i wasnt being serious, helping eachother do steroids is one thing but thats as far as the brotherhood goes, an expert (like a court appointed expert) will soon be able to tell an altered image anyway.
