does anyone else feel that when your cutting and you cheat you arent necessarily eating bad, but rather just eating outside your restrictive diet? For instance, i like to drink OJ and milk and other juices, and i like to eat fruits. But these things just dont fit in a good cutting diet so i find that on sundays(my cheat day) ill eat and drink these "healthy" things instead of going to a fast food place(i dont eat any fast food ever). anyone else do this?
