    Wink lookn4help

    Hello all. Im new and looking for some friends to assist me with my bodybuilding. If you are interested then I would be greatly appreciative. I am in the military and looking to get ripped.

    Sounds a bit strange, especially with the " ".

    We have diet and workout forums here to utilize, so I'd suggest beginning in those areas. Read all of the "IMPORTANT" posts atop those forums, perform searches using the search feature, etc.

    Do not let this turn into a request for where to locate AAS or any type of controlled substances.
