    He doesn't look like he's spent more than two months in a gym before the break anyhow!.

    hes quite big you know lol. this was at xmas. he takes steroids constantly without break. i tried explaining he needs a break but he thinks i know shit all cause i dont take anything, tried tellin him about pct too lol

    Might want to tell him to eat too. As my granny would say "he looks like he needs a good stew in him".

    Either way, lets say he's big and all that (for a laugh). Two months off and this happens shows me that he lacks mature muscle mass. For those here lifting years they'll know the muscle fiber I'm talking about. Its built up over years of truely hardcore lifting. It has a look and density that a couple of year's on cycles just won't get you. And it mean's that taking two months off won't do awhole lot of harm.

    i diggit bouncer. ive been training 9 years and look completely different to my friends who have been training 3. i started juicing 2 years ago, as did some of my friends, and i always keep my gains, whilst they struggle

    right,, i didnt no what bouncer meant but i see now

    yeah he started training 4yr ago, straight on gear. hardly any breaks.
