I missed why we labelled this guy a douche bag??? And whats up with rippin on this guy?? I mean hes got a prett good looking phsyique, I mean I'm not calling him Mr. O, but i don't think you should be able to rip on his techniques untill you look better than he does....

with all the work and TIME he spent acheiving that physique, you would have thought he would have learned proper form and would prob even have a better physique. and than you have little kids at the gym lookn up to him as a romodel doing bench like him, than hurting themselves, and the cycle continues. and for the record, his physique looks decent but could still use a lot of work.. thats jmo.

the guy's a Dbag 'cause... cuz look at him!
he is definitely strong though. i guarantee you even when i was at my strongest there is no way i could decline bench 405 even once, much less eight times or whatever he did.

powerlifters always talk about using their legs to drive their bench press, how do u do that? like how do u use ur lower body to help an upper body press?

I'm convinced the goal of most of the people on this board is to put others down....

If you are working chest, is it not important to stimulate the chest? How can you maximally stimulate chest with your back/ass 5" off the bench?

No problem, thought i would add that as i have been doing it the last 2-3 weeks and let me tell you, if you perform the movement correctly, you will not be using the same weight your normally do. Like Milos said, one professional was doing 400lbs on incline and he had him drop to 200lbs and do it his way and his chest just ate it up and he gained alot from it.
I like the pause system he uses on incline, i tried it and once you rack the weight i can feel my chest relieved of the pressure, i never got that before focusing on proper ROM.
Also my mind/muscle concentration is getting alot better, after all if you are working chest, you wanna only work your chest, a slight movement in angle will incorporate delts, triceps which we do not want. I learned alot from it and i still liike to watch it before heading out to do chest.
