Did i mess up the marble countertop???

Me and my brother rent the upper part of a duplex from our parents... We are remodling alot of the place and in the bathroom we put in a black marble top sink...

Well as im cleaning the bathroom, i put the bottle for the toilet bowl cleaner (contains chloride) ontop of the marble top for like 5fckin minutes and now there a ring outlining the container in the marble top....

Am I fcked here? Is there anyway to get this out? Im pissed as fck, its only like 2 weeks old.... I may just have to man up and tell my pops about it and see if there is some warranty to take it back
