took a little over 4 hours with breaks. But hurt like hell in some spots.....the best part is he did it ALL Freehand!!!

the Hamsa hand was this past March. left shoulder about a year and a half, and right shoulder about 2 years.

Right armband was the first and it was about 8 years ago now(yes it goes all the way around) . then came the left armband about 5 years ago

NOPE, never said that anywhere. that pic was Me at 33 all natural, two years before ever using. Got my first armband before I competed. I am 8 years older now. 41

That pic was me a 170# and 3%
right now I am 215# and 15% Starting a lean bulk on Monday!!!

Thanks Kale. That sounds great!! I may end up doing the same at some point with going over the traps, but I keep telling myslef that this is the last Ink....lolol just like saying this is last cycle......lolol yeah right.....

Yeah it will never happen. My father is 80 and he still gets a new one every year on his birthday. I have a few planned for the future thats for sure.

You From Israel? That symbol and writing looks hebrew to me? Only reason why is cuz ive seen that symbol on a flag my Israeli friend has. other than the questions i think the tat is wickedly awesome.
