....laid out in the sun for 1 hr...BP = 198/135...checked it 3 times in the left arm....Drank cool water and went to sleep for 4 hours before I got up to go to work...BP was then 98/42......Couldn't stand up good enough to get ready for work, so I d@mn sure didn't drive anywhere...
...Beat that rolllercoaster ride.....and that's only running IGF...NO AAS, no GH, no MGF............(Most of the vets/mods know why my BP is screwed....)

...Use a Sphygmomanometer (blood pressure cuff)...It's not very difficult to use and I HIGHLY recommend one for anyone running AAS....I also recommend anyone running insulin have a glucometer...

Normal range is usually listed at about 120/80. That is systolic/diastolic, so the first number is the pressure of the blood leaving your heart and the second is returning. When a doctor uses a sphygmomanometer a stethoscope (placed on your brachial artery under the cuff) they inflate the cuff on the sphyg. until the reading is usually around 160 or so (this closes off the artery from blood flow) than they allow it to slowly deflate until they here loud and promounced beats (your blood pumping OUT of your heart) they look at the number (now usually below 160) 120 would be optimal and they mark it and this is the systolic pressure. They continue to allow air out and when the beats become vague and muffled or you pretty much stop hearing it so pronounced this number is your diastolic, hopefully around 80. They do this a coupld times if you notice just to be sure. Granted if your systolic value is over 160 they would have to inflate to an initial pressure above this, I just used 160 for an example.

I have dont it a couple times and let me tell you it is much better than getting it checked at a pharmacy, those are good if you want a general idea but doing it the shyphg and stethoscope way it best.

last time i did a cycle (a long time ago) my BP got to 160/95. i was on deca too so it took a long time to get back to normal. i've never quite felt the same since and i get headaches more easily since then and i think my eyesight has gotten worse. it was one of the things that killed my interest in steroids and building uscle for the sake of mass.

Very true, thanks. I hate when I type something out and then before I submit it someone else beats me to it in an easier more condensed fashion. I gotta start shutting up and making things shorter.

ive had problems with my blood pressure both on aas and off. i now have it controlled by meds. i went take a back to work preformance test friday. the little fag who took my pressure and heart rate both under load and relaxed couldnt belive it! said thats the best he seen in a while, and with ny size he was sure id be way up there with my pressure and pulse rate. i have to admit it, takes time to adjust to BP meds......but its worth it. and by the way i failed my working test. i fell off a roof at work on dec 7th, ruptured disks in my middle back........looks like my career is coming to a close.
