ascendants past 48hrs in a not so small nutshell...
k, here's what's going on in my life right now...
wife had a colonoscopy day before yesterday because of some issues she's been having. very long story, tests indicated nothing. all for now, more later on this subject.
yesterday, dropped off my wifes car to get the odometer fixed. was supposed to take 2 hrs. she was still complaining by this point about pain following the colonoscopy she had and additionally was having black stools, indicating blood in them. called her specialist and was waiting to hear back from her.
in the meantime, we went to our new house we're trying to get to meet with an inspector who checked out the house. checked out ok for the most part, few things that need to be addressed and repaired by the seller, but no big deal. wife gets a call back from her specialist, she's told to head to a bloodwork lab to do a test and come down to her specialist. been over 2 hrs, guy with her car still tells us he's working on it and the rain held him up.
so yes, at that point we're on our way to a bloodwork lab and it's pouring rain. i can barely see through the front window. if you've ever been in a florida downpour, it was one of those. get to the lab, they draw blood, and we're off to her specialist.
get to the specialist, she checks her out a bit, next thing she's advising her to check into the admissions dept of a hospital to have an endoscopy and catscan run.
of course of all times, the guy with the car tells us it's done now, 4hrs later (2 hrs after he said it would be), and tells us he's closing shop in 10 mins and we need to come get it "right now". my wife tells him we can't come right then and he gets pissy, enter me. i tell him he's waiting, put him in his place about his attitude, and we head home to grab some things and then pick up the car.
in case it's not a given at this point, missed a meal and no chance of working out. of course i have more important things to worry about, but just pointing out one of the many things torn apart by the chaos of the past 48hrs.
so we get the car, drop it off at the house, of course it's still pouring, and now we're on our way to the hospital. get to the hospital and despite her specialist telling her they'd have a room reserved for her so she'd get in right away, we're stuck waiting for at least a good 2 hours or so to finally get her up to the room.
so far in her room, she had been stuck wrong with iv's 3 times (yes, 3, by two different docs), they just found out today that even the 3rd one turned out to not be in a vein and everything they had been putting in there was just going under her skin instead of in the vein, and of course she has a serious complex with iv's, making the entire situation completely traumatic to her.
they've run the catscan and endoscopy today and they still haven't told her anything yet. she's been in there about 24hrs now and still nothing.
oh, and of course of all days, this morning there was a job fair at this huge health club by me at 9am. since todays saturday and i'm a late night person, i knew it would be hard enough getting up that early to get there, but now on top of all that i had the stress of my wife being in the hospital on top of me running on about 3hrs of sleep at the interview.
luckily, things went well despite me being half-asleep and they actually offered me a higher position at the health club then i was expecting after speaking with me for a while. so, finally got some good news, hopefully it will work out.
after the interview i came home and wanted to try to get some sleep before seeing my wife. went to take my clen and t3 dose before going to sleep, figuring with how tired i was, i'd sleep anyway. well, my dumbass woke up about an hour later with my heart pounding and racing. not to a point where i was seriously concerned, but enough to keep me awake. i also felt like i drank a dozen cups of coffee. guess you don't realize how much that stuff stimulates your body until you try to sleep right after taking it, eh?
so, now i'm running on about 4hrs of sleep, my wife still doesn't know what's going on, it's 4:30pm, and she's asked me to bring her pizza, which apparently she can eat now.
i know that wasn't much of a nutshell, but there's been so much crap going on in these past 48hrs that it was about the best i could do without leaving out any pertinent details. so, i'm gonna go see the wifey, just figured i'd let you guys all know how much "fun" my life has been these past couple days.

Is she seeing a gastroenterologist? When she had the colonoscopy there must have been a biopsy done as well. Depending on what was being done by G.I all these tests take some time. The digestive tract is a complicated issue it can all range from anything like food protein, inflammation of the colon lining to an overactive immune system attacking it. There are many test that need to be done in order to determine what could be the exact problem because one does not want to prescribe unneccessary and powerful pharmaceutical drugs. Im curious as to why the colonoscopy was done prior to the endoscopy. Hope you wife gets better

thanks for all the support guys. figured i'd just give a brief update here as far as what's going on.
wife just came home earlier today. she's doing ok. still waiting to get back a lot of the test results, including the colonoscopy biopsies, the endoscopy biopsies, and the catscan results. so far, the only thing they found was a possibility she has barretts esophagus, which isn't a serious concern now but can potentially cause serious issues down the road (cancer). for now, we're just keeping our calm and awaiting the results.
as far as the new job, waiting to hear back from the manager about my second interview. he said as long as all goes well during the second interview i'm hired. from what he explained last time, all he wants during the second interview is for me to basically have some info he provided me memorized before i come in. it's easy enough, so hopefully i'll get it. considering i impressed him enough for him to offer me this job when i was 1/2 asleep running on about 3 hrs of sleep and stressed out about my wife in the hospital, i'm sure i'll have no problems the second time around.
the job i was originally shooting for was a personal trainer. after chatting with me for a while, he mentioned a position as a personal training sales associate. it's a step above the trainers. basically trying to sell training packages to people, scheduling them with the trainers, and supervising the trainers and making sure they're getting the clients the results they should so i get repeat sales. in all the gyms i used to work in, we as trainers always used to have to get our own clients, so i already have the selling part down. plus, the moneys much better and there's the potential to work my way up into management positions if i do well. though i do like training people, gotta go where the money takes me. most importantly, i'll be working in a gym again.
again, thanks for all the support guys and know that so far, everythings going ok.

Good to the news about your wife.
You and I talked at some length about T3 and Clen . At the time I didn't feel it necessary to mention that both Clen and Ephedra can be used like alarm clocks (45-60mins) and you're up and alert. Seems like you discovered this though.
If you think it beneficial, where some baby oil and tank top to the second interveiw and show them you actually apply what you know, unlike many.
Take care of the misses and tell her "M" said stop tempting you with pizzas.
M.
