Tito vs. Shamrock July 8th Pay per view
I was just wondering if anyone is getting the fight,, or if I even have the right date. I thought it was tonight.
I never order pay per view, but I'm tempted to tonight.
Do you have to call the cable company, or can you order it through the digital cable menu from home?

You have to have a certain channel which you can view PPV events on, not inluded in basic cable as far as I know, call your cable company and ask em.
Or go to a sports bar, some have 5 foot screens
Went to see the Orlovski v.s Silvia fight in a sports bar ended in under a min and silvia won....bummer.

I think you're right, but I'd kind of like to see Shamrock shock everyone. He took such a beating and kept going last time. Guy's got heart. I think he deserves to take one.

Can't wait to see Tito and Andrei both pull out the 1st Round KO. Used to like Shamrock but after watching the Ultimate Fighter this season he seems like a complete tool, and I gained alot of respect for Tito.

As for Sylvia vs Andre, it's either gonna be KO Sylvia or Submission Andre, just like the first two.

Im ordering the fight too. IMO, Andre Arlovski will have a better chance of winning if he can get Sylvia to the ground. If you guys saw their last fight he caught Sylvia with a couple of nice shots that knocked him down but Sylvia still won the fight with a knockout.
Also i still think tito is going to kick the piss out of shamrock.

I have a lot of repect for Shamrock. I would like to see him spark tito. But I think once you top 40 its down hill.
Hes always delivered in the past but I think his age is starting to tell and the frustration is coming out his mouth.
Tito in my book is too young for him.
Last fight old man make it a good one and, retire with grace.

Lost some respect for Shamrock from the show and gained some for Tito due to the way they coached.....Although I lost respect for Tito as a person the way he disrespects....a fight is one of the most raw ways to squah or settle probs, even though he won he still runs his mouth. Not just with Shamrock but with some of the Lion's den guys that tito beat as well. I feel Shamrock's rage, I wanna see Tito get put away this time and get embarrased they way he likes to embarras others. Shamrock deserves this one

I think he deserves it. Like I said in a similar thread Shamrock is the only guy that fought in UFC 1 who has evolved with the sport and still fighting, every old school ufc fighter who has tried to make a comeback has failed, Shamrock just never left

I hear that, the new breed is a lot more advanced it seem like. Doesn't seem like he has shit on the "new guys" Wasn't Shamrock's last victory in ufc against Kimo?...just another old schooler

Yeah i know what you are all saying.
I havent had the chance to lose much respect for him during the last ultimate fighter because i havent seen much of it.
if you beat a guy its time to lay the bad blood to rest like shamrock did when he got pulled out against tito in 02.
He said as he held titos hand in the air hes the best fighter in the world. that gets a lot of respect from me.
true sports man ship.
I dont think its its anyones place to lay down for the other guy, i think tito should stop running his mouth, and shamrock take some vallium and chill out.

I kind started liking Tito and disliking Shamrock after "The Ultimate Fighter", Tito really worked with his guys and promoted a team effort towards winning, Shamrock really didn't seem to give a flying fuk about his guys and I think it showed. Funny too, 'cuz I always just thought Tito was just a mouthy sack of shit, kinda like the guy now.

When was the last time Shamrock won a UFC fight?
Last time I saw him fight was against Rich Franklin and he got destroyed.
I recently read an interview with Arlovski about how he has gone back to his Jiu Jitsu roots, so I expect him to try and take Sylvia off his feet.

i hope one day, he knocks out chuck lidel. dont get me wrong, i got alot of respect for lidel, but it pisses me off how he turned on his supposed friend.

I am Tito and Arlovski all the way! I saw both training regiments on Spike the other night and Tito is gonna tear Shamrock apart, especially because of training at the higher altitude. My vote is also on Arlovski because Sylvia just reminds me of that Gomer Pile from Full Metal Jacket or Donkey Lips from the old TV show Camp Onawana(sp?). This is gonna be a good one! Hooters, here I come!

i agree with you trenbull. i was always indifferent about Tito until i saw him coach. he was awesome with those guys, while Shamrock was an ass. i definetly have new found respect for tito. tito's gonna make his face look like ground beef, again...
