    Don't believe the hooplah with all this green vet username business....TAI could be anywhere as his chinchilla has been spotted in numerous spots by various different usernames...he is taking over multiple acounts and I'm going to get to the bottom of it

    I was told to estimate weight for people different height add 10 pounds per 1 inch of height. I'm 5'6" 220 so at 5'10 you would need to be 260 single digit body fat percentage.

    Also take into account I was a competitive athlete for 20 years of my life. A gymnast. I was training 25-35 hours a week until I quit at age 30. Then I focused on weight training only.

    Not at 9% body fat. Single digit body fat is abs showing. I think Lee competes on stage at 200 at comp level bf%.
