haha i think that if having implants makes someone feel better - all the power too them and as abstrack has stated - i really don't see the difference between getting them and other things women do to make themselves more appealing or confident - hair, make up etc.

Fake boobs can be nice for reasons other than the actual boobs themselves.

Point....after two kids....(number two due in December) my wife wants to get back into shape and have breast implants. What she has now is nice but a little lower due to time and pregnancies. If she gets these she will feel better about herself, wear more revealing clothes, feel more confident.....

Win/win. Its what can come as a result of the new breasts that can count. Just depends on the situation.

there is a slight difference between dying your hair a different color/wearing a new pair of earings and having someone surgically insert something underneath your skin.
