    Phil Heath Off Season

He was a guest poser at the BodyRock this past weekend.

Is it the angle or did he look much bigger at the New York Pro show? He doesn't look big to me here. Nice shape... but not big.

i saw his pics from flex and i think he looked good. not huge but he looked good. he is still young, 26, so i suppose he has plenty of time to add the mass. he does have big arms...

I really like his shape. Everything looks well put together. Nothing jumps out at me as out of place.

imo he needs to take off the next 2 years and put some size on....and come back for the olympia....imo, ronnie will win this year, then jay will win next year after ronnie retires with the record, and jay will retire, cause he only wants to win the Olympia and get out. If heath tried to put on some good size and stayed away from shows the next 2 years while keeping his shape, i would then consider him a viable contender for the Olympia

Hence the reason why i am impressed. He should stay just the way he is and when all the farking idiot GH Olympia morons die, guy's like him with attractive physiques can rule body building once again.

Impressive but doesnt seem to be that cut; especially in the legs. Guess it doesnt matter when you are that symetrical.

I dunno about not being big. Are there bigger guys....hell yea. But compared to the rest of the world and the majority of people who lift weights he is pretty big. If I could attain half his size and physique I would feel like I made my goal.

No he doesnt look as big as he did in his last two shows, nor as big as a lot of the pros, but I think the fact that he is offseason and softer adds to that effect. Also, he is probably "off" and taking a break at the time. Shit, he is young...only been training for like 5yrs...jsut a natural freak right there. Give it time, he will SLOWLY add mass and keep his symetry and proportions and dominate the sport in due time. He already stated he was not going to get caught up in the size game at teh expense of his balance/symmetry.
