Back handspring: Flipping backwards feet, hands, feet.
Back tuck: Back flip no hands, bent knees.
Double back: Back flip, no hands, bent knees, 2 back rotations.
Back Layout: Back flip no hands, straight body.
Back layout full: Back flip, straight body, full rotation in the air.

I can still do fulls on floor without a map. Double fulls... I'm not confident because of my weight so I did them on a map. I took my ex to my gymnastics gym last summer to show him what I could do.

ah, that has nothing to do with ninjitsu. these guys are just a bunch of tricks. put them in a ring and give them a real fight and most would be crying for their mommies. they try and do a flip over someone and they get smashed in the nuts, thrown to the floor, and made into someones bitch.

ninjitsu is "the art of black death". a true ninja is skilled in the most effective form of fighting... offensive. they are comfortable making the first move and do not need to depend primarily on counterattacks as most US taught martial arts are. ninjas are taught how to most effectively debiliate and kill an opponent. no one died in the video, all they did was prance around. no ninjas there.

here, this website has some real ninja videos. not too much action going on in the videos, but that's because video is not capable of capturing a ninjas true fighting skills on it. framerates too slow. k, just playing, but nonetheless the videos are hilarious.

Thats all good, until you run into someone with very good defensive skills who knows about attacks as well. Offense gets the glory, but defense wins the game. The best offense is a good defense, shit like that. Both are equally important.

nah, i have to disagree. i've studied ninjitsu (to an extent), trap fighting, grappling, a bit of tae kwon do, and a bit of a few other martial arts. ninjitsu is the most practically effective in taking out an opponent. here's why...

with offensive fighting, the defensive fighter will only be able to block so much. it's innevitable that the offensive fighter will eventually get something through his opponents defense. plus with most offensive fighting, not only are you making the first attack, but you are anticipating your opponents reaction to that attack. so, you've made an attack that may succeed, plus you know from the attack you've made what your opponent will most likely do to block it, allowing you to know what his most likely positioning, stance, etc will be after your attack in the instance it doesn't succeed.

i've tried sparring both with defensive and offensive fighting. i know personally offensive is more effective and gives you an unquestionable edge. also, based on the logic in my above paragraph, it only makes sense that the offensive fighter has the advantage. if you take two people with the same amount of training in both forms of fighting, 99% of the time the offensive fighter will win.
