yeah, i wish i would have had the extra 2 weeks just to tighten up, but still not bad for 8 weeks considering i started at 282lbs and 8 weeks later i was 227lbs and didnt lose any muscle.....

Thanks a lot Bino....she did so well...i was so nervous for her, i watched her night show and i was sick to my stomach when she was up there, then when i got called to go up i was fine.....Taking the heavies was great, but i wish i would have had 2 more weeks to tighten up my middle....oh well, next time for sure...thanks again man...

Actually it was more like 60lbs of Turkey. Its a wonder he didnt walk on stage with a big ass and feathers sticking out of it

Yeah all that chicken and brocoli did wonders, and with the last 14 days and 66 pounds of turkey i should have had feathers out my a$$ for sure...

Boston was AWESOME...loved it...we had so much fun, and i spent a pile of cash on food and shopping...it was great i wish i could have stayed longer.....next time we'll get together...
