Finding a last name by First Name and St. name

Anyone know how to find someones last name. Only if i have is their first name and the road they live on..

So would like to basically get everyone who lives on this street, and then sort thru it by the persons first name...

Situation is... this girl i was dating, (i know sad dont know her last name.)

Long story short.. she is not welcome at her parents home.. and it came to a point where she had no where to stay..

so she ended up losing hope and gave in, and went into Detox. thinking than she could move back into her parents home..

I just visited her father.. who seemed cool and collected as we chatter for about 20minutes..
but he spelled it out, that she will never be welcome back into their house.. and she'll either have to go into a half way home, or he has some people in mind where she coudl stay.

He also said there was no way to visit her.. (which when i called the place, turns out to be a lie)

she is 22 and can leave at any moment she wishes, but obviously hasn't done so. She mentioned that just going to detox would be embarrasing for her, so i cant even imagine what staying at a half way home would be like for her, or some wack ass people her dad has in mind..

anyways long story short, her dad lied.. and he also most likely lied when he said he'll let her know that i visited her home...

so basically i just want to drive down to that facility and give her a visit, give her some hope, but i need to figure out that last name, so i know exactly at what facility she is staying at.

I got some firends of hers i'm gonna try calling.. but this sucks..

Basically i got to visit her at that facility before she gives and leaves it..

Once she leaves that facility and her dad puts her with some people who knows where, its all over..

he's not gonna pay for a cell phone etc.. he might not even let her have her car back to drive around.. she'll prolly live the life of a slave for those people she stays with...under careful supervision etc..

UGH! And no that is not in her best interest.. Her life will be a misery forever maybe if her parents have it their way.
