i lived in mexico for 2 months last summer we started in oaxaca and went to Cancun from there then went over to cabo wabo, we had no troubles.

You lived there? Sounds like you traveled.. Go live right in the heart of mexico city for 2months and then report back.. Not these americanized resorts you are talking about. Bush sucks!!! Yes we as Americans do have it great, freedom, cars, money, everything, i'm sure nobody is complaining about being American. The problem is our young men and women are dying every day in Iraq while life for us is great, those men and women some with wifes and children are dying in a war that should have never been started. Bush lied to make it seem like there were weapons of mass destruction when they new there weren't. Osama bin laden took down the towers not Saddam Hussein and he is still on the loose!! I'm not saying Saddam is a good guy because he is not, he slaughtered many people, but he is the only one that control the people in Iraq, now it's on the verge of civil war, gas prices are going thru the roof and the country is in trouble.

All I have to add on this topic is THANK GOD AND OUR CONSTITUTION FOR TERM LIMITS. It's not the greatest time right now, but hopefully we'll all learn and make progress once this period os over.

We do have it much better than most countries. I have visited my relatives in poor villiages in Romania, and I have seen how good people live lives of poverty in the Caribbean islands and the Dominican.

We do have poverty here too, remember.

I don't think anyone was whining, but there is nothing wrong with expressig concern with the direction our leadership is taking our country. I don't think it's whining to expect the government to portray the will of the majority in foreign affairs.

Why do you think Iran and N Korea are rattling the sabres? Bush scared the hell out of them and they are trying to appear strong now. Before they were secretly plotting against the U.S. and he shined the light. When all is said and done he will be the one who understood the bigger picture.
