    Anyone use Fitday? I have a ?

Today is my first day using fitday.com and I can't seem to find "sweet potato." Anyone know if its listed under something else? I tried yams but the descriptions didn't fit. They only have "white potato" and its derrivatives listed. Thanks.

(If this is better served in the diet forum, feel free to move it. I wasn't sure.)

Yeah, they had boiled and candied...nothing that sounded remotely like a sweet potato...I just went to www.calorieking.com instead and inputted the info into fitday.

most of everything i have to enter in myself, be careful and read your labels, as most of the data for some foods is way off

I agree...I think out of the 10 foods or so that I typically eat in a day I had to enter about 8 of them myself.
